I am a writer and fiction editor based out of Toronto, Canada, where I reside with my partner and our dog, Malfoy. 

 

I've spent over a decade reading and writing fantastically spooky stories, totally in love with the idea that a book can transport you to some of the most magical places.

In a professional capacity, I've spent more than a decade providing various forms of editorial and copy work, from my studies in law, to the work I've done in the book industry. While feeling a little lost in my twenties, I decided to give up law and pursue my passion and love of books. It was then that I was lucky enough to find a home at Penguin Random House (CA), whilst completing work for Webtoon Studios.

In addition to 3+ years of industry experience, working with authors in various forms of marketing and editorial work, I also have degrees in both Creative Writing & Creative Book Publishing.

 

I am currently pursuing membership with Editors Canada.
